Detroit, Michigan – Since we started in 2020 as the African American Militia, we have never created a list of people, which we define are enemies of the now Black American Militia / BlackAmericanNation.com / BlackAmericanMuslims.com – simply because we haven’t been compelled to. Further, we’ve been too busy focusing on education, love, peace and justice.
Unfortunately, however that changes today.
Spearheading a campaign of legal threats in U.S. Federal court against the Black American Militia, the Black American Nation and Black American Muslims is Kristen J. Hafner (photo), a white woman, which apparently only employs white women on her “Financial Moxie Team” (photos) and apparently does the same with her Financial Moxie Fairfield, Iowa (photo) location as well. Hafner is backed by another white woman, attorney Tamara L. Harper-Day (photo). Hafner and Harper-Day’s attack places the Black American Militia in a State of War.
“THEY JUST HAVE TO DIE”
Black Americans have long known that “professional” white women are the most dynamic force in expressing the very definition of entitled, privileged, white supremacists. The conduct of those certain women are so outrageous and corrosive that they’ve come to known as “Karens” across the world.
Despite Malcolm X’s and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s efforts, white supremacist women still exist today simply because they haven’t been eradicated from the fabric of cultural humanity. Oprah Winfrey possibly stated it best in her B.B.C. interview when she said, “There are still generations of people who are born and bred and marinated in it – in that prejudice and racism and they just have to die.”

WHITE POWER ? WHITE SUPREMACISTS ? WHITE ARYAN PRINCESS ?
Kristen J. Hafner and her attorney Tamara Harper-Day have sent legal documents DEMANDING that the “Moxie Babe” Trademark be relinquished. Despite dozens or maybe even hundreds of trademarks using Moxie for apparel, Hafner and Harper-Day apparently believe they alone determine who can actually use it….and groups of Black Americans and Black Muslims don’t appear to qualify.
According to their legal threats, the Moxie Babe trademark (for apparel) filing infringes on Hafner’s Moxie Voice, Moxie Financial, Divorce Moxie, Moxie BootCamp and Moxie Tribes. Interestingly enough, her trademarks revolve around “educational services, namely providing courses of instruction in the field of food, wellness, health, fitness and finance.” Even though none of Hafner’s trademarks are for apparel, it doesn’t seem to make a difference to these two Aryan princesses. Speaking of princesses, let’s hope that Alexis Hafner doesn’t grow up to become a white privileged card carrying member; although, that’s probably wishful thinking. The same applies for Prince Kyle.
Via their legal demands, these white, entitled princesses might also believe that the trademarks BLACK MOXIE BABES, BLACK MOXIE WOMEN, BLACK MOXIE MUSLIMS and BLACK MOXIE MEN should be under their control too…because in the words of Hafner and Harper-Day, they are “her Moxie marks” and black women, black men and black Muslims need not apply. Could it possibly be that deep down inside, to Hafner and Harper-Day we’re just Niggers and Muslim terrorists? It’s a question that begs to be asked.
And what about a Moxie Niggers trademark for selling apparel? Under Hafner and Harper-Day’s legal theory, they would control that name too….because remember, they are “her (Hafner’s) Moxie marks.” Who would ever thought that in the year 2023 white women would control the words Moxie + Niggers on apparel and exert their control over Black enterprise?
We’re peaceful – it’s part of our mantra, but rest assured though that Hafner and Harper-Day started this war and the Black American Militia, the Black American Nation and the Black Muslim Nation – our brothers and sisters will respond.
It’s been said that there’s always someone or some group who will to take it to the next level. For Hafner and Harper-Day, that someone is us…..maybe Hafner and Harper-Day would like to believe that they’re still living in their beautiful and wonderful version of the 1960s? We’re going to show them that we’re certainly not.
